A genuinely difficult piece for me. It was also the one I chose in my very first private lesson when I started my degree (in fall of 2025). I wasn't able to learn the whole piece, but my professor helped me to see how a difficult piece can be performed at a skill level commensurate to my own. I ended up playing the first and last sections of the piece for the final that semester.
As seen in this recording, the piece still gives me trouble and requires regular work/refreshing.
